Hugo lowers the standard of integrity for attorneys with his actions of intentional and reckless unprofessionalism by stealing my evidence and not returning the same so that I can prove that the charges against me are false. This misconduct merits referral to the lawyers state bar association for discipline and deserves a timely resolution to his misconduct.
